UPS store packaged and shipped an article insured for $2,500. It arrived damaged. Almost 2 weeks later I am still waiting for them to get off their corporate fat *** and inspect the damage so I can get the article fixed and back to me.
They were quick to get their $150 plus dollars but why hurry to look into their damage and pay to fix the item. It's just a customer. No big deal.
Customers BEWARE...Try Fed Ex and get better service. I'll never use UPS again.
